Fire detection camera for a yard with no cable.
A 6MP body that looks for flame and smoke patterns in the frame and sends the alarm over 4G, which is what makes it usable where there is no network run.
What the model detects
The camera looks for the shape and movement of flame in the frame and raises an alarm when the pattern holds. It is a visual detector, so it sees what the lens sees and nothing behind a wall or inside a closed container.
That makes it a second pair of eyes on an open yard, a waste store or a construction site, not a replacement for a smoke detector indoors.
Why 4G belongs on a fire camera
A fire camera is worthless if its cable burns first. On a site where the cable run goes through the same yard, the 4G body keeps transmitting after the power or the network is gone, for as long as its supply lasts.
Check the bands your operator uses before the order. The 4G variants are built for different regions and a camera on the wrong variant looks like a dead unit on site.
Setting it so it does not cry wolf
Sunset, welding, vehicle headlights and reflections off water all look like flame to a machine. Set the detection area away from roads and from the west facing wall, and test for a week before the alarm is wired to anything.
Ask for the acceptance criteria the site needs, then test against them. Nobody keeps an alarm system that fires every evening.
Fire detection body
The line has one dedicated fire model. Values below are the ones the sheet states.
| Model | Resolution | Transmission | Stated capability |
|---|---|---|---|
| 80BG601LFA2-PTBR-FI | 6MP | 4G | Flame detection, H.265+ |
| Fire detection area | Per data sheet | 4G | Set in the camera menu |
| Alarm output | Per data sheet | 4G | Event to app or recorder |
Detection range, alarm latency and the supported 4G bands are in the data sheet. Send the site photo and the distance to the area you must watch.
