What buyers ask first.
Straight answers, including the ones where the answer is ask us for the document.
Ordering and supply
Do you publish prices?
No. Price depends on model, volume, configuration and destination, so it is quoted per order together with the data sheet.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It differs by line and by market. I confirm the minimum for the model you want rather than applying one number to the whole catalogue.
What is the lead time?
Confirmed against the production plan when the order is placed. It is not published as a fixed figure because it moves with the line and the season.
Can you build under our brand?
Yes, case by case. Housing marking, packaging, firmware splash and minimum quantity are agreed per model before production.
Product and compatibility
Where are the cameras made?
In factories in Shenzhen, Guangdong. I work with a small number of them, check the sample, and quote only what they can actually build.
Can you send a data sheet for a specific model?
Yes. Each model has a PDF specification listing sensor, lens, illumination, compression, power, temperature and ingress rating. Name the model and me sends the current revision.
Do the cameras work with other recorders?
Network models stream over standard protocols, and ONVIF support is stated on the data sheet where it applies. Send the recorder model and me confirms compatibility.
How do I choose between solar and 4G?
Solar is for sites with no power at all. 4G on mains is for sites with power but no network cable. The solar system carries a 60 W panel and a 30 Ah battery, with 3 to 4 days of standby.
Documentation and compliance
Which certifications do you hold?
Certificate files are issued per model and per market. Ask me for the current list and the numbers your customs broker or project engineer requires.
Which models suit hazardous areas?
The explosion-proof line: E1AQ500F-P for fixed positions and BE501H3-Q506-P, a 33X PTZ, for racks and tank farms. Zone classification and certificate numbers come from me.
Support and evaluation
How many channels do I need?
Count the cameras you need now, add one or two spares, then check the POE budget and the retention days. The channel count is rarely the binding constraint.
What happens if a unit fails in the field?
Technical support is reachable at technical01@cctv supply.net, and the warranty and RMA terms are supplied with the quotation so they can be checked before the order.
Do you support the languages we need?
Camera and recorder interfaces are set at production. Tell me which language your installers need and it is confirmed for the order.
Can I order a sample before a bulk order?
Yes. A sample unit is quoted as a normal order, and I can supply a short test checklist so the evaluation is comparable across suppliers.
Still missing an answer?
Send the model code and the market. I reply with the data sheet and the terms that apply.
